Since you walked into my life when when my life was the shallowest and all seems dark.  You were a God sent at a time I was uncertain and unsure.....  You were and ARE my knight in shining armour.  You accepted me and those I love without contest.  Leaving your comfort zone and claiming me and US to be one.

Cloud Nine

Thursday, 7th June

 

Its already been a couple of days that Chomelanggun left home in search for some fortune.  Princess and I are already missing her.  :(  The long chats, watching Lord of the Rings marathon for every time we feel restless, midnight snacks.

 

Princess's next assignment is more challenging than the previous one.  The topic she chose was close to her heart and I've confident that she'll do well as she had done so in her previous assignment.

 

Yesterday, was the first time my Darling and I spoke for along time .... without realising the time.  Gosh!!  I so miss you and can't wait to be in your arms.  Please be safe for money is useless if you are not by my side for without you I am almost nothing.

 

He was eager to show me the engagement ring as Princess and I day dream of a wedding made in heaven!  What a bliss!!  But its only a dream.  Will it be a reality?  I guess only time will tell.

 

Yesterday, Princess and I listened to the CD which she just received from Flame.  Special note inside out cases.  Thank you boyz.  Love the songs and you people are so talented and very lucky.  Good luck for all your future endeavours. ... erm .... don't forget us in your success ya.

Princess's Day Out

Sunday, 3rd June

 

Today Princess said that its all over and I need to get a breather .... which was Waaaaayyyyyy overdue!  Well, Cinderella came knocking at the door and I wished her a Happy 17th Birthday! - Yeah, you can read about that on Princess's blog.

 

But for my part ... I think Cinderella's look as change but I was not surprised as Princess had already warned me earlier.  Wondering if she has really changed internally but for that I guess only time will tell.  As time past by .... I've seen so many of the Evigian babies changing as they grow into young adolescents.

 

Went to Flame's debut album launch which was a success and I'm so proud of the "Ghetto" boyz.  Looks was given to Princess who knew OF her and all they could do was to watch with envy and if their green eyes working could kill it would have already done so.  Those around her observing her with hawk green eyes.  Observing her every move.  But Princess being the Princess that she is acted with cool airs ... as ONLY she knows better and those who are close will know the truth..... Gosh!!  If they only knew  :)

 

She came home happy and smiling and I am happy that she is happy.

Men!!  What do they want from us?  Is it cause they know and are aware that we will forever be with them that they take things for granted??  Don't they know we have feelings and needs too??  Just because we understand their needs that should not give them an excuse to us like ... "its ok. she's easy to please.  she'll understand."

 

Aaaaargh!!  Though this is so wrong and yet its happening all around.  Princess expectation for the day was dashed and she hibernates another day. 

 

Chomelanggun has some internal issues which needed to be settle with kinfolks as I do too.  Hhmmm trying to avoid any unpleasantness.  But yeah, I know its wrong for me not to call them.  I will do that soon.  But I'm ok and recovering I should be back to work soon.

 

More sleep for US treos, more video watching, more eating.  I'm so tired of being bored .... yet there is nothing much I can do.

The Proposal

Friday, 1st June

 

Till this day all I receive was news that my Darling was doing well and working hard.  Chomelanggun was also having a tiff with her other half and Princess was hibernating.  But she was eager to look forward to the weekend as she picture herself painting the town red and brightly lit colours.

 

Princess was great being a "Little Missy" dressing my wound and making sure that the wound is ok.  I'm so grateful for her and Chomelanggun keeping close to the doctor's recommendations of diet.  Both pampering me like a Queen!!

 

Somewhere in the evening while I was in the loo taking a crap there was a call on my cell .... "Oi!  Your BF is on the line.  Urgent!  Urgent!"  I was wondering what is so urgent and if he could called back later ... but since the knocking was with such urgency I could not refuse the call and I took it.

 

"I've got something to tell you which I could not contain any longer but I'm afraid of your answer."  There was a long silence on both sides. "Erm .."  I persuaded him to tell me what was it that was in his heart. "Maybe I should just email you."  He finally said.

 

I said "What?"  with cringing eyebrows.  "No.  I do not want you to email me, I want to hear it from the horse's mouth!"  My voice was slightly raised and wish I had not done so.  But you must realise that I was in an uncomfortable position where Mr Brown is just knocking at the door (meaning I'm half way taking a crap!)

 

He finally uttered the words "Will you marry me?"  I was so stunt that I just could not believe my ears.  I just stared at the phone with mouth gaping speechlessly.  "Are you still there?"  He asked quietly.  A slow "Yes, I'm still here." was all I could muster.  "So, will you marry me?"  He repeated the question.

 

In all of my excitement in disbelief "Yes, I will marry you my Darling."  I must have repeated that about three times!!  I can hear his excitement over the other side.  I hung up and shouted with excitement too.

 

I finally came out of the bathroom and told them that he proposed to me and I said yes.  I was on cloud nine and was in dream like.  I could not think straight for the next couple of days.  Much less sleep!

 

All I could pray now that all will go well and that Princess will once again rejoice as I wish the same for Chomelanggun.
