New Year's Eve

Today is the 4th Jan,

New Year's Eve was busy at Mizan's wedding.  Helping in with the preparation and all.  Manage to catch up on sleep after a sleepless 48hrs.  It was good just to relax and lay in.

My training will start on the 7th Jan till 11th Jan.  I will only get the job if I pass the test.  This is something new.  Its a private company.  It teaches us on how to teach children the technique on accelerated learning.  Its a refresher course.

But I am actually not waiting for that and still pursuing  other jobs.  I'm bored , broke and all I want to do is to lie under my covers and stay there like forever .... basically that's all that I did today.  But I told myself to be strong and face the world.  If I don't help myself .... no one will.

Its late and its now 1.37am and I've sent more resume.

For the first time in a long while ...... I'm kinda lazy to even update my blog to the displeasure of many .... oh well.  One of those things.  I've got friends coming over to the house and just trying their best to cheer me up.

The World Card

The World card suggests that my alter ego is The Conqueror, whose superpower lies in graduation to the next level.

Today I am free. I have accomplished my mission and feel on top of the world. I will enjoy the experience to its fullest. I have come full circle on my path to success. My job is done, my dream fulfilled, and I have them eating out of my hands.

Accept and embrace the journey taken. It has served great purpose in my growing wiser and stronger, and has provided a sense of relief in that now it's complete.

Mississippi Grandma

Hope you like this one .... from Mississippi.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lawyers should never ask a Mississippi grandma a question if they  aren't prepared for the answer. In a trial, a Southern small-town  prosecuting attorney called his first witness, a grand motherly, elderly  woman to the stand.
He approached her and asked, 'Mrs. Jones, do you know me?'
She responded, 'Why, yes, I do know you, Mr. Williams. I've known you since you were a young boy, and frankly,
you've been a big disappointment to me.
You lie; you cheat on your wife, and you manipulate people and talk about them behind their backs. You think you're a big shot when you haven't the brains to realise you never will amount to anything more than a two-bit
paper pusher. Yes, I know you.'
The lawyer was stunned! Not knowing what else to do, he pointed across the room and asked, 'Mrs. Jones, do you know the defence attorney?'
She again replied why, yes, I do. I've known Mr. Bradley since he was a youngster, too. He's lazy, bigot! ed, and he
has a drinking problem. He can't build a normal relationship with anyone and his law practice is one of the worst in the entire state. Not to mention he cheated on his wife with three different women. One of them was your wife.
Yes, I know him.'
The defence attorney almost died.
The judge asked both counsellors to approach the bench and, in a very quiet voice, said, 'If either of you f--- --- idiots asks her if she knows me, I'll send you to the electric chair'
