Update

Sorry for not updating my blog .... but ya allot have been running in my head and life. Stiffling, frustrating .... but ya .... SOMEONE did said the key is STRESS MANAGEMENT. But sometimes you can't help thinking about things you can't change as it will and have affected your life one way or the other.

Thanks for all your contribution. They have all been wonderful articles.
